Blast Chiller and freezer range from
counter top models to wheel in models.

The platinum range of blast chillers and freezers is tailor made for cook chill operations
in contract catering, restaurants, fast food outlets and the public sector.
There is a large selection of capacities from 3 gastronorm trays to 40 trays.
All of the units are capable of reducing the food core temperature
from 65c to 3c in less than 90 minutes and from 65c to -18c within 240 minutes.
